The Britannia Villas are nestled behind the Hyatt Regency right in the heart of famous Seven Mile Beach. Guests at Britannia have access to all of the Hyatt’s renowned amenities such as the beauty spa, room service and the beautifully designed Jack Nicklaus golf course. Additionally, the resort offers complimentary shuttle service. Although the Villas are not on the Oceanside, it is just a short walk to the beach and visitors can make full use of the Hyatt’s beachfront complex.

• Additives: 5 % service fee for online payment.
• Children: No charge if less than 10 years.
• Minimum Stay: 7 nights (Apr 1 - Oct 20 and Dec 20 - Jan 4)and 4 nights rest of year.
• Security Deposit: $500 due at time of booking.
• Deposit: 4 night deposit required for confirmation. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
• Holiday-Season Deposit: 7 night deposit required for confirmation. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
• Monthly-Rental Deposit: 50% deposit required for confirmation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation: Accepted if villa is re-rented, otherwise alternate vacation dates can be provided at same rates (pending availability).
